AMAZING, AS ALWAYS!

As always my experience at H&F is amazing! I drive from DC every visit just to see Nicole – the best stylist I have ever been to in all my years of getting my hair done, both on the west and east coast. Over the past two years I have brought 3 new clients from DC to see her and they also all love her. I have 2 new girlfriends who have been begging to come out to Annapolis on my next visit, as they also want to have Nicole as their stylist.

YOU SAVED MY HAIR!!!

Dear Hudson & Fouquet - I recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting your beautiful salon where I received the most incredible service I've experienced. Only a few days before, I'd gone to a hair salon in my hometown of Portland, Oregon, where my hair was almost completely ruined by a horribly botched highlighting job. I left the salon with bleached stripes more akin to the work of a blind finger-painter than any hair stylist. As you can imagine, I was mortified, but since I was leaving the next day to visit family here in Annapolis, I didn't know what to do. As I frantically scoured the internet, I found many outstanding reviews about your salon and upon arriving at my Dad's house, I discovered that, lo and behold, my step-mom was a frequent salon guest as well. My hair was so damaged, I kept it covered under hats until my step-mom insisted that I see her own "miracle worker," Fern Hill.

Fern was gracious enough to fit me into her busy schedule the very next day. From the time I arrived at the salon, I was treated so well by every one of the staff. Still nervous about whether my hair was beyond saving, I talked with Fern about what I wanted my hair to look like in the first place. All of my worries quickly dissipated as she talked me through the procedure.

The finished result--my hair has never looked so good! I was amazed and could hardly believe how healthy and natural my hair looked after Fern did indeed perform a miracle. I had arrived with hair so damaged by bleach, I'd only hoped for a small improvement. After Fern's transformation, I left your wonderful salon with hair more shiny, soft and beautiful than I'd ever imagined possible!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Hi Frances - I had an amazing experience at Hudson & Fouquet! Saturday was my first visit to the salon. I recently moved to the Annapolis area and was searching for a new salon with experienced stylists. I have very thick curly hair and finding a stylist that knows what to do with it has been difficult in the past. I came across Hudson & Fouquet online, after typing "best salons in Annapolis" in a search engine. After checking out the website and reading client reviews, I decided to schedule a visit. To be honest, I was anxious about my first hair appointment at Hudson & Fouquet and hopeful that my search would be short-lived. I have to say, my experience was perfect. From the time I called to make an appointment and stepped into the salon to the time I left, I was impressed by the courteousness and professionalism of the staff. Jessica, my stylist, could not have done a better job with my hair. She went the extra mile to make me happy and took the time to make sure my 'do' was flawless. Considering the time spent in creating my look, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I had to pay. I was definitely pleased with not having to break the bank for a hair cut & style. The icing on the cake was the gift bag filled with goodies that I received as I left the salon in honor of my first visit. As I told Jessica, I will definitely be coming back. In fact, I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER...

I am writing because I have never been happier than when I left your salon!! My boss and his wife, Dianna Harris, who is a client at your salon, surprised me with a haircut and highlighting at your salon. I have to say it was one of the BEST Christmas gifts I ever received! Virginia F. is my new stylist and I loved my color and style so much I even made my follow-up appointment that day.

My color and cut are BEAUTIFUL. Virginia truly listened to what I was looking for and needed. She took into consideration what I wanted and gave me a color that suited my skin tone beautifully along with a style that is easy-going yet fabulous. I felt gorgeous when I left the salon and I have had so many compliments. I recommended all of my family and friends to visit your salon. I also posted on Facebook, as well as on your wall, about my wonderful experience. I am looking forward to my appointment in February. Virginia and everyone at Hudson & Fouquet were very nice and the experience overall was wonderful beyond words.

I HAVE FOUND A HOME AND MY STYLIST!

I first want to thank you for following up on my visit yesterday. In this day, most businesses really don't have a concern on how their customers view them! I would like to take this time to tell you how wonderful all of your staff (from the receptionist all the way to my stylist Scott) were to me. My first impression of your salon was with your receptionist, Jorden, who not only was a pleasure to talk with and extremely accommodating in making sure that I not only had a prompt appointment, but had the proper stylist to work with after asking my concerns and expectations. Now to the person that Jorden placed me with...Scott. I have to tell you, without a doubt, I have found a "home" and stylist. He asked many pertinent questions, heard my concerns, and I felt, as a team with the great communication, I received the perfect highlight, cut and style that I have had since my former stylist returned to France 18 months ago. I have been searching for a salon and stylist that I felt would listen and be able to actually do what they say they can. Scott not only did this, but far exceeded my expectations. Please extend to him again how happy that I am with his work. I have been bragging everywhere today about your salon and employees, I can't say enough, so my sincere thanks will have to do for now. I look forward to my next visit, and hope to bring many more customers to your establishment.
